Privacy Policy Coyote Phone

This Privacy Policy is applicable to the Coyote Phone website. Coyote Phone (collectively, "we" or the "CP") respects the privacy of you and other users of the CP's goods and services and our Sites ("you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect information from you offline and on our Sites and how we use such information.

What Non-Personally Identifiable Information Do We Collect?

You also should be aware that non-personally identifiable information and data may be automatically collected from you when you are visiting our Sites through the standard operation of our Internet servers. Non-personally identifiable information collected from you when you are visiting our Sites may include user IP addresses, browser types, domain names, and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our Sites. Our Sites also collects non-personally identifiable information through the use of "cookies." In addition, all CP employees must abide by this Privacy Policy. Any CP employee who violates this Privacy Policy is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Notwithstanding the above commitments to protect your information (including personally identifiable information) from loss, misuse or alteration by third parties, you should be aware that there is always some risk involved in transmitting information over the Internet. Additionally, there also is some risk our security systems could be circumvented or breached. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security and privacy of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

Does This Privacy Policy Apply to Third-Parties?

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection and use of any information gathered through any third-party websites, including any sites to which the Sites link. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party sites to understand what policies apply to their respective collection and use of information. With regard to Outside Contractors, as stated above, we require such parties to protect the privacy of your personally identifiable information consistent with this Privacy Policy. With regard to third-party partners with whom we share our mailing lists and other personally identifiable information about you, we require such parties to protect the privacy of your personally identifiable information by making only limited use of our mailing list consistent with our contracts with such parties.

What Information Is Collected From Children?

We believe it is important to protect the privacy of children. Our Sites are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13.

Will the CP Change This Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 21, 2008. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by notifying users. We may notify you by posting a notice on the Sites or by contacting you through electronic mail or other means. Your continued use of CP's services, including but not limited to the Sites, following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy means that you accept those changes.

What If You Do Not Agree To the Terms of This Privacy Policy?

As a member of CP, or by otherwise using the services of CP, including but not limited to the Sites, you signify that you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not provide any personally identifying information to NCC in connection with your membership or otherwise, or make any other use of the services of CP, including but not limited to the Sites.
